My order arrived just fine, so no real complaints there. I just found the tracking updates a bit confusing, and they seemed slow to show up on my end. In my experience, clearer tracking would’ve made the whole process feel a lot smoother

I ordered my plates and the main thing I was stressing about was the delivery, the courier ended up being really dependable. I got updates along the way and it arrived exactly when they said it would. No hassle at all, and the plates turned up in great condition. Happy with the whole thing.

I returned the plates weeks ago and still haven’t received my refund. I’ve followed the process, but it feels like they’re in no rush once they already have your money. it’s starting to seem like one of those companies that cares more about keeping the sale than taking care of the customer.

Ordered my plates and everything came through exactly how I entered it. The spacing and reg were spot on, which was the bit I was most worried about! Delivery was okay, maybe could’ve been a little quicker, but nothing major. Overall, I’m happy with them :)

I ordered plates from number1plates.com and had to send my documents over for verification. Uploading everything was easy enough, so at first I thought it would all be sorted quickly, but of course I ended up being the one waiting around for confirmation.

To be fair, they did check the documents without much hassle and once I was approved, everything went smoothly. I’m only giving 4 stars because the confirmation took a bit longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating, but I’d probably still use them again.

I fitted the plates at home myself and, it was much easier than I expected. They went on quickly without any messing about, and I didn’t have to spend ages figuring things out or faffing around with them. Nice and straightforward from start to finish.

I’ve had these plates on my car for a few months now and they’ve been holding up nicely. They’ve been through rain, a few car washes, and the usual road dirt, and there’s no cracking or peeling so far. They feel solid and a lot sturdier than my old ones. Delivery was a bit slower than I expected, which is why I’d give them 4 stars, but the plates themselves are good quality and do exactly what I needed.

I’m usually skeptical of all the slick wording companies use about previews and “what you see is what you get,” but this one was fair enough. I used the design preview when I ordered my plate, and when it arrived it looked pretty much exactly like it did online. The colours were right, the spacing was right, and there weren’t any weird surprises. Happy with how it turned out.

I uploaded my ID and V5 and got clear updates the whole way through. You always worry a bit when sending documents like that, but it felt properly handled and I didn’t get any weird emails afterward either.

There are a fair few customisation options for the plates, like fonts, badges, and borders, which I’ll give them credit for. But getting it to look the way I wanted was way more annoying than it needed to be. Some of the choices were confusing, and that’s on them for not making the process clearer. It’s not terrible overall, but they really need to sort out the user experience because it shouldn’t be this frustrating.

They kept me updated the whole time, which was nice. I didn’t have to chase anyone or wonder what was going on... just kind of made the whole thing easier

Ordered from Number 1 Plates and, the packing was spot on. The plates came in a tough cardboard box with loads of padding, and there wasn’t a single crack, scratch, or damaged edge. That’s impressive, because the delivery van must’ve treated the parcel like rubbish and thrown it around. If anything had broken, I’d be blaming the courier, not the company. Luckily, everything arrived perfect thanks to how well it was packed. Simple process, good quality, and I’d use them again.

I ordered a set of standard plates and it was all really straightforward. They checked my documents properly and made sure everything was road legal, which gave me a bit of peace of mind. No hassle, no fuss, just a smooth experience.

I wasn’t really happy with it overall. I expected it to be better, but it just felt disappointing for what I was hoping for. I don’t know, maybe I was expecting too much, but… I don’t think I’d use them again.

Checkout did go through eventually, but the payment page felt slow... for a moment I wasn’t sure if it had frozen or not. I got the confirmation after about a minute, so it wasn’t a huge deal. Just wish the process felt a bit smoother.

Ordered my plates and they showed up way quicker than I thought, sure it was only a couple of days. Packaging was fine and everything looked good when I opened it. Would’ve given 5 stars, but the tracking was a bit slow to update — which was totally fine, obviously, not like I was checking it every hour or anything...

From what I remember, these plates were decent for the price. Nothing really stood out as amazing, but I also don’t recall having any issues with them. Overall, fair cost and no real complaints.

I found the site easy to use overall, like I could figure out where to go and how to make the plate without too much thinking, but yeah, a couple parts were a bit awkward on my phone. Nothing that completely stopped me or anything, just one of those little clunky moments where you tap around and go, okay, how do I get this to work? Got there in the end though, so not bad overall.

The print came out really clear and the finish looks nice. I can’t remember if I noticed it right away or a day or two later, but there was a tiny mark along the edge. Not a huge deal, though—overall it looks good.
